Kimberly Winsor

Kimberly is a graduate of The New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts where she earned a Dual Certification in Massage and Polarity Therapies, Medical Massage and Anma Shiatsu. The true gift of this school was the seamless weaving-in and overall wide-angled exposure to so many complementary concepts of healing. Ortho-BionomyŽ, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Energetic Nutrition and Structural Integration found their way deep into the heart of the Polarity program, forging what is called "Somatic Polarity" there. Experiencing the body, the Soma, from the inside and learning to let that existence expand and unwind to a more appropriate level is an amazing process, one that she is continually grateful to witness.

Born and raised in the Catskill Mountains of NY, Kimberly balanced that country life by studying and living all over Southeast Asia and then France, and by being a travel agent for several years after. Her bodywork practice includes Somatic Polarity, Deep Tissue/Structural Integration, and a plethora of complimentary medicine practices to draw on for health and wellness. She enjoys hiking, the martial arts, traveling, gardening, working with animals and flower essences and getting good bodywork!
