Making an Appointment

Existing clients may make appointments by phone or online. New clients must phone to arrange their first appointment. Everyone who answers our phone is a knowledgeable massage therapist. You may call us at at any time, but the best time is Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.

If no one answers, we are either in session, taking another call, or away from the office. We will return your call. You can facilitate our return call if you let us know some good times to reach you.

If you have questions about whether we can help you, we are happy to consult with you by telephone.

Unless first-time clients hold a gift certificate, they are requested to pre-pay for their first appointment with a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card.

When an appointment is reserved for you, you are responsible for payment, unless the appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. If you are late for an appointment, the therapist may not be able to give you a full session, though every attempt to do so will be made. You remain responsible for payment of the full time scheduled for you, regardless of when you arrive.

Appointments available 7 days a week!

Daily	9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday	9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday	11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Upon request, other times may be made available by some therapists.

Before your first appointment it is important to complete a medical history questionaire. You will be asked to either come early and fill it out prior to your appointment or you may download the entire form and bring it with you.
